How to order

1) Email to natural.jardin@gmail.com and provide the product name / number or short description of the item.

2) A reply will be given in 1-2 days time on the availability of stock and the total amount (inclusive postage) to bank into RHB / Hong Leong / Eon account.

3) Once payment is made, please email to natural.jardin@gmail.com so that verification can be done.

4) Upon confirmation of payment, item will be sent in 2-3 days time.

5) Please note that all items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

Please take note:

- Please check with us for the product availability, as we do not have a lot of in-stock products. This is due to the fact that handmade products have a shorter shelf life and a real fresh organic products are usually made fresh at time of order.
- For pre-order, please allow at least 2 weeks for getting the products as fresh products will be arriving every two weeks.
- Products will be sold to serious buyers only on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Products will be reserved for three working days. Buyers are required to make payment within the three days. However, in some certain circumstances which buyers are busy, please e-mail natural.jardin@gmail.com to inform us on it. If not, the certain buyers might be blacklisted.
- All products are IMPORTED BRAND NEW items, unless otherwise stated. All products are thoroughly inspected before sending out and therefore condition is 100% good.
- If you are in doubt about any of the products, please e-mail us to clarify. There will not be any refund / exchange once the product is sold.
- DISCLAIMER: Allergic reaction can occur with any fragrance oil. If you are pregnant, please use the suitable handmade soaps made especially for pregnant woman. Please consult your doctor on the product's ingredients.
- As any dermatologists would advise, before using a new product on skin, always test a small area of the body prior to full body use. Discontinue if redness or irratation occurs. All of our soaps are for external use only and are meant for cleaning purposes only. If you have any medical concerns or questions, please consult your doctor.
